Save's the customer's communication channels. Overwrites all values already in database, so if only phone is set, the rest will be set to false.

customerNumber  Int32
The number for the customer
commChannel  InfoWebCustomerCommChannel
An InfoWebCustomerCommChannel object with boolean values for each communication channel
